This home is on a 3/4 acre high bank waterfront. Direct westerly facing view. 2200 square feet with another 950 square feet of decking half that is covered. Enjoy the 180-degree unobstructed views of Vancouver Island, Point Roberts, White Rock, and The Canadian Cascade mountain range, bird watching and of course the amazing sunsets. Semiahmoo Drive meanders along the bank on one of Washington State's most northern borders. Please take the time to read our reviews! We had amazing weather and took advantage of all the outdoor space. The house was the perfect size for our family and the kitchen has every cooking and dinning tool you could possibly want. Perfect location to explore Birch Bay, Blaine and Bellingham. We would stay here again for sure!!

We absolutely loved our visit to this property in Semiahmoo/Blaine. The home is gorgeous with plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends. The yard is spacious with a spectacular view. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit at the end of our day! We would absolutely love to visit again if possible. Thanks for a wonderful time!
THE HOUSE
Room for everyone
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, The Tulip room with a queen bed, a window seat with a view to the front gardens, a bird area, tv, as well as a large closet.
The safari room has a queen bed , and a Childs twin bed. , flat-screen TV. Great room for kids, or quiet office space. This room has a Slider that opens to the glass sun room. The sun room has a TV with a door to the deck this room has a water view!
Upstairs is a private master retreat, decorated with a beach theme. Private bathroom shower, double sinks, with sitting area. Large walk in closet, gas fireplace, and private deck, and a reading chair. Unobstructed water view from the King size bed. .
THE HOUSE
Kitchen and living room
The great room area has a River Rock fireplace (real wood /stocked) that goes floor to ceiling, this room is open to the kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The great room has a 55" Tv Screen
Nice size kitchen with a large Island, a live edge bar made of Black Walnut for lots of kitchen seating.
THE HOUSE
Outdoor space
The private deck with topless rail gives unobstructed, Island mountain sunset, views! A comfy couch, 2 chairs, and a gas fire pit. The Sun-setter awning provides shade from the afternoon sun. Paradise just found!
The back of the house is wrapped with 800 sq. feet of decking with 3-4 separate sitting areas. The large round Furry White Chair that holds up to 3 has been a big hit (used for sleeping in the summer also). The glass decking gives you an unobstructed view from where ever you sit.
The 800 feet of waterfront deck is spacious. This is where you will find the large gas grill for BBQ's, and amole outdoor seating
